There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 68(FIN) "An Act relating to the division of labor standards and safety; relating to the division of workers' compensation; establishing the division of workers' safety and compensation; relating to employment of a minor; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 68(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 68(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
